My philosophy: Diversity of thought, Inclusive & equality in opportunities, and being just/meritocratic in rewards & recognitions

Diversity means celebrating humanity & celebrating unique value each of us bring. Diversity means how each person can be natural and bring his/her wholesome in a group without worrying or putting filters Diversity means breaking fixed mental models, feeding into growth mindset, opening our mind to different thought, perspective and experiences. This value we bring through diversity to each other is beyond just utility or contribution value, just hearing/knowing different perspective/backgrounds/culture is enriching to all of us

• implementation benefits - stakeholders or team already would know what they are expected to do.

Way to Implement

• Bring out diversity and diverse opinions naturally in a group than by force
• make diverse people comfortable with their diverse opinions, and how to make it like a normal?
• Acknowledge and Appreciate diverse opinion
• Create safe environment
• People need to be validated and appreciated for voicing diverse opinions
